Photoshop 101 – week 7 Batch Process & masking

Batch Process

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

In class we learnt how to do batch process , an action which is recorded and repeat the action for the whole image inside folder. This action is to make work easier and faster than doing the same thing over and over again, for instance people want to put watermark/ credits such as text for all image. They can use Batch process. Here is My batch process which I only do Grayscale action as practice in class.

Masking

During the class we learnt how to use masking tool , blocking the image we want with brush (B) and to delete an error mask, can use inverse the color panel by (X).

Advance Masking

After learning a normal masking, we advance to higher level of masking an object with fur/hair. By using Quick selection tool , blocking the image we want then by using a refine selection in menu panel, we can soften/smoothen the sharp edge of the blocked object.
